Certification by Court of Justice Experts and Notary Public

In case of documents to be submitted in the official bidding, we provide technical translation experts
to translate the documents and to be certified by a Court of Justice expert.

Certification by the Notary Public: “Notary Public” means a person who is obliged to certify signatures in such documents in his/her presence or to certify that such documents are true and correct copies of the original documents or to provide other types of certification or to attest such documents and to certify the correct translation of documents. (In general, those documents shall be used in foreign countries or foreign embassies located in Thailand);
In Thailand, “Notary Public” shall be lawyers licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand or shall be
called “Notarial Services Attorney”
