Technique
Air oil separator is made of ultra-fine glass fiber from USA HV Co. and Lydall Co., Oil-air mixture in compressed air can be filtered completely when it passes through oil separator element.
• We developed fine process of rolling welding, spot welding and the latest two-component adhesive to ensure mechanical strength of air oil separator element and normal operation in above 120ºC heat. Service life
• Service life of air oil separator is 3500-5200h, which depends on many factors: design of air oil separator cylinder, regular maintenance, environmental cleanliness, quality of lubricants, operating temperature, quality of air oil separator.

Notes
• Air oil separator element should be selected according to the performance of air compressor and the size of air oil separator cylinder.
• Lubricant level in air oil separator should be adjusted to the specified value, usually at 1/2-2/3 height of the oil endoscope.
• Secondary oil return pipe and check value should be kept unblocked, and exhaust pressure should be adjusted to the specified level.
