The Peace Canning (1958) Co., Ltd. was originally founded in 1950 called "Hua Peng Kongsri" as a small entity at Pom Parb, Bangkok, Producing and distributing cans of pickled lettuce.

Over the years steadily expanded its business opeation by introducing new products, such as Fermented mixed Vergetables and Sweetened Lettuce, the firm renamed s "Santipap Partnership Limited" in 1956 and relocated its production faciities to Samre District.

In1958, Company Chairman Mr. Kaew Ratchataswan relocated the firm once more to a 9 rai site at 37 Soi Suksawad 43, Suksawad road, Amphur Phrapradaeng, Samutprakran.

Since then, business has increased and expanded considerably, introducig new product ranges including canned varieties of fruit and seafood with two new production plants being established to cater to the rising demand - one at Chumphon, opened in 1985 while the oter at Chiang Mai, was opened in 1988.
