Usage:
1. Oil pulling. Before brush your teeth, keep 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth. Then roll around the mouth and leave it out. After that continue brushing your teeth.
2. After brush the teeth, drink 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and follow by 1 glass of warm water.
